RETURNS POLICY
If You want to change or return a purchase item in www.babybloomkids.com, You can do it in a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date.
Items purchased in the OUTLET section that have more than 50% off can only be returned 7 days after receiving the product at home, and will never be refunded, we will make a coupon for the value of the garment if we receive it within 7 days after purchase.

You can make your delivery going a post office ( Correos ) sending by certificated post or sending by the courier company You choose.
Be aware, Baby Bloom Kids will not accept the costs of a returned delivery. the cost of the returned delivery always will be asume by the client, except for a irregular merchandise. In that case, Baby Bloom Kids will take care of all the costs.
